A lot of my friends have the Apple watch. Some live alone and like it better than the thing you wear around your neck. If you fall, it will immediately notify whomever you put into your contact list. If I were living alone, I would probably invest in one, too.

I bought a pluviometer from The Grommet (although that's not what they call it). It's pretty neat.

La pluie = noun / pleuvoir = verb

Lindsay I am on my second one like that. I like it a lot except the inside wears out, rendering it useless and totally inaccurate. There is some sort of foam material inside that allows the plastic tube to ‘float’ and it deteriorates. For the price, I think my next one will be a different design.
