wall ideas for a blank wall
Comments (9)A mural would be nice. Something simple like a white chair rail would break up the wall and actually be appropriate. (If you can find fabulous wallpaper to go above it even better...) Art is good! But you don't have room for art unless you nail it to the wall. It's gonna get bumped....See MoreDecor ideas, decorate walls above couch and blank space next to couch
Comments (1)It looks amazing already, it really does!!! In front of the radiator you can do a bench. But other than that leave it empty. Add some art that speaks to you. What do you like? Big family photo? A painting? Maybe just a mural art with molding around it to frame it out... so many options. I’d also add some new pillows with more color. Black, Blue, brown leather.......See MoreBlank wall inspiration ideas
Comments (24)To everyone in this dialogue… THANK YOU!! I am usually pretty good in decorating and I have my own ideas but creating a space for this area has been the most difficult. You guys have been truly amazing and have shared ideas to help me. I never thought of adding an antique piece here but now that I have seen the pictures, I cannot get the idea out of my head! I went searching online on some of antique shops nearby and I came across this piece and I am in love with it!! I don’t know if it would be too much but I think the point here is to make it a focal point at a masterpiece inside the house. You guys are outstanding!! Whatever I decide I will make sure to post it here at some point so you guys can see the end result. Once again thank you!!...See MoreBlank wall ideas
Comments (15)I think if you don't move the tv, I would get a large painting (maybe not as large as the tv mocked up there), but large or a triptich maybe. You could also do a narrow, plain console table under that. Maybe switch the 3 seater with the 2 seater so the chair could fit alongside it for easy viewing. I wouldn't do a gallery because you already have lots of small decorative items in the room and I don't think you need any more....See MoreRelated Professionals
