Need help with terms please

I think I need some help with terms and roses. I know what kinds of roses I like, but those aren't what they are called, lol.

I want to grow a rose or two for tea hips- but turns out tea roses aren't for making tea. What are roses called that are grown for their hips for making tea?

I like miniature roses- like the pots of ones you see at the local Meijer or such. Turns out those are not miniature roses, they just have miniature blooms on what would often be a much bigger plant if it was grown out correctly. Some of those are very nice, and I would like to grow a couple sooner or later. But a long time ago I swear I used to get a catalog of roses that were little plants with little blooms..

And I used to see small budded spray roses as bouquets under the term sweethearts. I was very fond of the apricot/orange ones. But apparently they aren't called sweethearts- are they a different sort of name?
