GE Monogram vs. Thermador vs. GE Cafe 30" All Gas Range

Hi - long time reader, first time poster. :)

We are renovating our kitchen with standard 24" deep lower cabinets (IKEA + Semihandmade), and quartz backsplash & countertops, and having a VERY hard time deciding on the range. We enjoy cooking, and do it a lot, so would like a nice range that has great power and also great reliability. Thinking through pros and cons of each, I was wondering if anyone has experience with these that they can share?

GE Monogram All Gas 30"

Pros: love how it looks, very well rated

Cons: deeper than the other ranges (28 1/4 inches) and with the quartz backsplash, we would need to set it 1 1/4 in away from the wall, so it would stick out a lot. we can't move the cabinets forward because there's no room. Also it's separated from the fridge that sticks out by 18in cabinet so worried that the cabinet between them will look strange with two appliances sticking out.

QUESTION: if you have / considered this range - how does it look sticking out, and how much does it stick out with a slab backsplash?

Thermador All Gas 30"

Pros: it won't stick out with our cabinets, a great cooktop

Cons: ratings say it has reliability issues, and the sear / simmer function don't' work well

QUESTION: if you have / considered this range - how do you like it and how does it hold up? any issues?

GE Cafe All Gas 30" (single oven):

Pros: the double oven version has great ratings, styling looks pro, price is much less than the others

Cons: don't love the keypad, are we "settling" for a less nice range

QUESTION: if you have / considered this range - how do you like it and how does it hold up? any issues? is it just as good quality and perform as well as the Thermador and Monogram?

Also attached our layout below, with the specs of the GE Monogram (which is our #1 choice if it didn't stick out so much!!)
