Had a brand new bathroom installed which included a very large shower. Yesterday, after allowing the floor/grout to sit about 2-3 weeks before water testing, we ran water. We noticed it was pooling in a couple spots near the drain. Today I notice after 24hr, there is still a big area where the grout is wet even after we brushed it off yesterday into the drain. Does anyone know what would cause this to remain wet? We contacted the company and they are coming out this week to look but just kind of curious. Thanks
