How hard is your water? Dark tiles show every hard water spot.

Its not hard water but thanks. It was there before we even ran the water.

I own my own business doing post construction cleaning and this haze has been an issue for me too! I usually use a magic eraser and scrub the crap out of it! It works but you have to scrub pretty hard and it might take a few times. Not sure if I helped but Good luck!

It might be too late, but I know my tile setter used Windex to remove grout haze after setting my tiles.

Have you used any commercial products designed for that purpose? Might be worth a try.

Following and will share this with my daughter. She has white hexagon tiles that have the haze, so not as noticeable but still annoying. Elbow grease and regular cleaning did nothing (floor installed a year ago) so will give the magic eraser a try and then it sounds like Oly's suggestion will do the trick. Thanks.

Thanks! I used a vinegar solution and it worked a bit but not enough. Will give magic eraser a try!
