Remove the mirror from the room, not a good place for it either there or above the piano. The clock doesn't look right on the piano either. Maybe a framed piece of art above the piano coupled with a small lamp atop it to the side, you could perhaps incorporate the clock into the decor with something else. I think I'd ignore the corner and concentrate on decor for the media console & piano. Not too many little things , a few large objects so it won't look cluttered. Google online "decorating piano tops" for ideas. Good luck :)

We have more issues with dry air than drafty moisture so the piano is okay location wise for drafts and moisture. I had the blinds closed because the light was a bit bright from the sun. This wall sits between windows facing east and west so it gets a lot of natural light when the blinds are up. I want to put up family pictures, because I like walking in the door to images that make me happy after a long day. I originally wanted to do something like below, but I really like the clean lines of the mock ups torreykm suggested.

I would center the TV between the edge of the open door and the thermostat and mount it on the wall. Then I would hang a piece of vertically oriented art (about 20" wide x 36" deep to the left of the TV, centered between it and the closed door. The open door would cover the art, but it wouldn't be open all the time, so that would balance the TV. Alternatively, you could mount a board with some hooks to hang coats, purses, etc. on as you enter the house. I don't see a coat closet, so that would be handy. I also noticed the art on the side wall looks too big for the space. What if you hang it to the left of the front window? The wall looks a little wider there. Then you could get something smaller for where you took it down.

You could continue the tile all the way up and around the window. Or a framed piece of art.
