I'm partial to Lee Industries and The MT company - they have a lifetime warranty on both the frame and suspension. Both of these companies have large scale sectionals that could work. The Lee 5392 has both modular and non-modular options. The MT Oliver sectional is very large scale. I have an old bumper sectional from Room & Board that I need to replace and I have been hunting for bumper sectionals too. I have been looking for made in the USA and something equal or better quality than what I have now. Many of the mid-high end furniture brands have customizable sectionals and you have to dig into the specifications to see if they offer a bumper option. I have not yet pulled the trigger on any of them yet. IMO a good quality 3 seaer sofa and a nice recliner for the 300 lb friend since no matter what you get where he sits will always wear out first and there are recliners made for heavier users. I would look a good leather for the 2 pieces not fake not only leather on the part that touches you but cow hide and all over the piece. It will wear great put a towel where the dog likes to sit dog sweat is hard on even leather.

Where is it going, what are the room dimensions.....where will you place it etc.............................?? Draw the space, show all the openings, windows fireplace if there is one. Measure everything.Take pics of the space as well. Upload those too. There only about nine billion sizes, in this category of seating and how do any of us know anything about what fits in your space or does not.......... We don't .
