Comments (4)I always suggest the homeowner visit the local garden center -- not the box store -- and meet with a landscape designer. They can make up a plan for you and work with your budget. Usually the plan can be done over a period of time to stay within your budget and they can do the work or you can do it. Don't forget that your landscaping adds value to your home. Comments (17)kcntonya Nope. Lime wash comes as a powder that's mixed with water and brushed on. The more water, the thinner the wash on the brick, but...............you have to like the brick color because it will be a lighter version of the brick color. It's dimensional & then you have to wipe off to create the effect. More labor involved. Paint is the easiest to apply because you can spray it on but in most cases it's opaque. Google the various techniques on YouTube to see how they are applied. Also check into staining the brick....See MoreNeed exterior help!

Everything needs to be painted. Soffits, trim, siding, front door and I need to pick a garage door. If anyone is bored I'd love fresh ideas 🙂...See MoreNeed exterior help/paint color
