Survivor finale tonight!
Comments (15)In the past, hidden idols could be used through the fourth from last council, so with six or five people. I like Tasha but she hasn't played the best social game. I like how Kelley hides in plain sight. They keep looking at her as if she were a weak girl, even though she's shown time and again that she's playing on all levels. In many ways, I think she's earned it the most, though none of them would bother me as winners. I like Spencer, but he's so clueless! I could root for Keith because he's just on a different level--while he sounds clueless, I think he's just out to make the best of things and get that million dollars, and he's playing but not making a big deal of it. Jeremy seems like a really good guy, but while his head is in the game, I don't think he's been seen playing it so much as existing in it. I have a soft spot in my heart for Kimmie. She seems to be on a different planet, and more surviving than playing. So I guess I'm rooting for Kelley to win, and maybe Keith as an alternative. But I wouldn't mind any of them. They did manage, in the end, to cut out all the drama. :)...See MoreSurvivor Finale tonight!
Comments (36)Ken seemed subdued last night. I wonder if he was in shock to find out David didn't vote for him. And why didn't he?? I don't think Adam played the sick mom card. He kept that secret for 39 days and imagine how tough that must have been, especially after learning at the family visit that her last hope for treatment failed. He only talked about it to answer Jay's question, and that opened the flood gates. We don't know if he would have brought it up otherwise, unless he planned all along to use it at tribal. Hannah tried her best to make Adam look insignificant to her gameplay. Maybe that turned off the jury as they know Hannah for who she is and not for what she tried to make them believe about her. Ken got strong at the end in challenges but the jury didn't witness how hard he fought so maybe it was too little too late. Then Bret gave the credit to Adam for convincing Ken to vote out David! That hadda hurt! Great season and now retreads. Ugh. Only interested in watching Ozzy, Tai, and Michaela. I saw Malcolm in the previews....See MoreSurvivor Finale tonight!
Comments (43)Here's what Alison had to say in her interview afterwards. https://ew.com/tv/2018/12/20/survivor-david-vs-goliath-alison-raybould-finale/ "Wow. What happened to you up on that perch in the water? You couldn’t get your balance. What was going on? Well, first of all, I’m deathly afraid of heights. And so standing on a 15-foot-high whatever it was was just terrifying to me. But secondly, the last time I had eaten anything truly substantial was the wrap, which I vomited up. So I had reason to believe I had severe electrolyte abnormalities, including low magnesium. Which leads to muscle twitching. Which leads to me not being able to stand on a balance beam or all the endurance games that we had this season or the stand on a tiny perch in the middle above the water."...See More12/15 Survivor finale tonight
Comments (24)I don't know what Erika did that Xander didn't to win Survivor except that she went to Exile Island and broke an hourglass. Big whoop! They both won two challenges and survived being on the bottom, but Xander found an idol that caused him to lose his vote and he still survived. I think the rest of them may have had a personal dislike for Xander but I don't see why. And poor Xander, even at the final tribal he thought Ricard was looking out for him when he whispered "Play your idol." Ricard was irrationally upset with Xander for not playing his idol for him and assuring him a spot in the final three and therefore the million dollars. Ricard would have never played his idol for Xander. I hope Xander sees him in a true light now after watching the show....See Moresushipup1
