Which Camellia Species Can Grow Like a Vine on a Wall?

I am interested in exploring whether Camellias can be easily trained to look like a vine growing in an irregular upward pattern against a wall. See two attached photos showing the effect I want. I am not looking for a formal espalier. I do not want tight geometry. I want a looser effect like a crawling vine.

What species of Camellia tend to leave large gaps between stems, or would otherwise be easier to train into this pattern of growth?

How much work is maintaining something like this?

What size plant would I need to start with? If I start with a larger 15-gallon plant is it too late to train its growth pattern?

Does anyone sell Camellias that have been trained to grow this way to date?

How much time would it take to get a Camellia to grow to about eight feet in height with this kind of growth?

Would the plant damage a stucco wall if it came into contact? Would I need to protect the wall with a PVC trellis, just to enforce some spacing between the plant and wall?
