Comments (27)It’s a sad story. No, not my son’s son. My daughter’s son. She was not married to her son’s father. When she learned that she was pregnant, he ended the relationship. He had nothing to do with my grandson (except provide child support) until he was about 6 years old and then only sporadically visited or took him anywhere. Then, when Elijah was about 14 years old, “Dad” decided he would be a real father. Too little, too late. They never developed the wonderful relationship they could have had. Comments (15)Yesterday our Miata Club traveled to Shiloh National Battlefield in Tennessee. We hired a guide to narrate as we drove thru the grounds and it was very beautiful & interesting. He passed out a handout that included the information I am sharing below, something I never knew. I thought it was interesting, and thought mny of you would find it of interest too. 6 years agoWe have a dusting of snow on the ground but the sun is trying to come out! I hope it is successful.
One great thing about volunteering at the Farmers Market is learning how many kinds of sunflowers there are. I had no idea they came in so many colors!!
