what TV stand goes with this coffee table/floors

I’m looking for a tv stand that will match our hardwood floors as well as the coffee table we already purchased. We plan in setting a 70” tv so that kind of narrows down our options. I’m not sure if I should be attempting to find a tv stand that matches our coffee table or if I should do a completely different wood tone. We also plan on buying a light area rug. Thanks in advance.

With dark hardwood floors, and a wood plank coffee table, I wouldn't add more wood. Look for a painted console instead. The color would depend on your other furnishings in the room.

Why not something not wood instead . Where are you putting that huge TV I don’t see much space for it I guess bewtween the 2 doors .

wonderful room, only a few small tweaks, could really help. you do need a larger stand for your tv, can you pull it out of the corner and put it against the wall? either to the right of where it is cause i can't see there. or where the shelves are or where the chair is. i think you should pull the chair out anyway, not all your furniture needs to be against the wall. here are a couple ideas i would keep the cute little marshalls table and replace one of your side tables with it, it will give you a touch of variation. here are some other choices for coffee tables, i buy reasonable things, if you use your computer, you can hit the key and it will take you to the company. you seem averse to color, but white on black is too loud. let me try some other ones. put one on your chair and they will all match. i have others, and others in a different color if you like all should be under $25.

I would get a painted one in an accent color to add interest to your room. Maybe pick up the blue from the window surrounds. If you know that blue color you might pick up a second hand piece that you can paint (and distress, if you like) to suit your taste. Sideboards and buffets can work too. Just have the TV's width measurement to make sure it is wide enough. When you finish with that, lower your art to be centered 5' above the floor or 5" above furniture.

There are so many options you could play with. Try to match the overall styling of the room rather than just one furniture piece. You could consider something with a black metal accent to match your coffee table legs (image 1) This would lend a slightly industrial theme so you could follow that for the rest of your room too. You could also pick the same wood tone but without the distressed look that the coffee table has. I would refrain from doing too many different wood tones but it really depends on the specific piece. Post pictures of your other furniture so I could help you get a clearer idea.

@patricia there’s plenty of space between the two doors it just looks smaller in the picture. I’m trying to find a similar non wood tv stand to match our mid century modern coffee table. Just having trouble finding something that would go with it

I agree there need more contrast. Don't try to match it, coordinate with a different material or color. Room & Board makes great powder-coated metal media consoles in a zillion colors.

Very pretty table. I'd like to see a big rug under that coffee table to break up the wood on wood tone, if you hadn't already considered that. I'd hang the TV if you can. Run a shelf under it for the cable box or devices.

Don't try to matchy matchy woods. You could also place a couple of club chairs kind of flanking the shelf with a little table between them. Or place a few stools or poufs under the shelf to create more conversational seating. Just so all seats in the room aren't pointed at the TV, even though the majority of seats are placed for viewing the TV. The additional seating under the shelf can be utilized for the conversation purpose of the room or the watching TV purpose.

If you want a longer table under the mounted TV, I'd go with a painted piece vs. a stained piece.
