I cut one out and here is the front and back when laid flat.

Look up “wart fern” and see if those pictures are a match.

Thank you. I did look that up, as stated in the original post that it seems to look like wart fern or monarch fern but from the pictures it seems those leaves are narrower.

It looks a lot like what we used to sell as Bear Foot fern at a garden center. It was a member of the polypodium family. See if it has fuzzy little rhizomes. Some polypodiums do, some don't. The bear foot ferns don't have the long fuzzy "feet" like the rabbit's foot ferns -- different family. Here's an example.
