What is this cactus? So cute, but can't find name anywhere.

There’s always Austrocylindropuntia subulata monstrose, but I don’t think that has a bunch of fuzzies like yours. Fuzzies is totally a botanical term ;). My guess is an Opuntia cross between subulata x vestita. I see it in stores as Austrocylindropuntia ‘Rollercoaster’. What gives it that real snowy fuzzy look is the Austrocylindropuntia vestita.

It can take a ton of light/sun all day if you can give it or the new growth will become lanky.

that is a rather big tree.. in a very small pot .. and the pot is filled with dirt rather than potting media .... put the pot in full shade for the rest of summer ... and in fall pot it properly.. for a tree ... presuming you just dug it up.. its stressed enough for right now ... see you in the tree forum for further info, now that you got the ID ken

For a positive id I think you need a better shot of the head where it isn't hidden behind the feeder. It does look like a female Purple Finch. I often have just the female show up around here...
