Comments (21)If you already have a double pane door, the problem may not be the door. Before going into expense of adding another layer of drywall to the walls and ceiling and replacing the door, I would check other things. Like bathroom exhaust fan ducting...is it insulated? HVAC ducts. Plumbing vents. Gaskets on all the exterior wall switches & receptacles as well as ceiling lights. Recessed light cans? When I originally selected the door, I wanted one with built in blinds but was told with the amount of sun exposure we have, the gas filled ones would be better but I could not have the ones with built in blinds because they aren’t gas filled due to the movement of the blinds within them. The installed doors have mullions. Our previous door had them also, they never moved at all, and neither do the mullions in our windows. These ones do....See MoreTemporary house numbers? Comments (9)What's the material of the thing the numbers need to go onto? If possible, you could get an outdoor command hook, and mount numbers onto a board with an eye-bolt on one end to hang off the command hook. Even a thin metal for the magnets could hang off the hook.
