BlueStar RCS or RNB

I’ve never had a gas range, but we are building a house that has natural gas. For those of you with BlueStar ranges with open burners, how is the temperature/flame control on medium or low?

All the ads and videos seem to talk up the stir fry/searing abilities of the high power burners and the chocolate melting abilities on the simmer burner, but I’d just like to hear from actual users about the ability to cook on med and low heat.

The 30” RCS has three 15k burners and a 9, and it looks like the 30” RNB has two 22k burners, a 15, and a 9. Also trying to figure out if it is worth the extra $1,000 for the RNB over the RCS. I don’t stir fry much, but do like to get a good sear on some things.

Thanks for any insight.
