Pink-Leafed, Red-leafed, & Pink-fruited Plants for ID
Comments (2)Thanks, Chris. Did a 'Google' photo search and can confirm the names you suggested are correct for both plants #1 and #2. Still need help identifying plant #3. The fruit is translucent pink in color. Did a 'Google' photo search of Ardisia but no photo seems to match the smooth-edged leaf structure and the unique, round, pink-colored fruit. I was told this fruit is edible (haven't tried eating it though). The fruit is much smaller than a cherry and is about the size of a blueberry. tropical...See MoreHelp with House Colors - Photoshop help? Photos included
Comments (27)Thanks so much. Guess what...The Mason was at my house today cleaning off all the old bricks. He told me that I MUST either paint my brick or put new brick on. Apparently the mortar on the house is old and not pre mixed. Therefore it is crumbling. He said the paint would work as a sealer... So Now I am Back to having to PAINT THE BRICK...uggg I am going to try Coastal Fog by BM and a Green for the shutters like Brookside Moss BM.........See MoreFront door color-- PINK??? Photo inc.!
Comments (50)cyn and awm-- no pictures yet! The contractor was too tired to paint that day (he'd worked like 7 hours!), but I did just sample it on my own this a.m. and I do think I like it! I would just paint it myself because I am impatient but my 6 month old, 3, 5, and 8 y.o. have other ideas! (Well, really it's just the baby that would not be able to wait!) oopsie, shutter color is still up for grabs. I am willing to just take them down, but don't know if the holes and difference of color (fading from sun) on the siding will be too ugly. I'm thinking still gray, black, or maybe even white . . .that way they'll blend it but cover the holes/uneven color. Landscaping has a LONG way to go but I am going to be putting in some hydrangea bushes under the one window (Invincibelle so they'll be pink all season) and DH might be talked into doing a window box, too. Thanks so, so much for your continued help!!!! I will definitely post pics as soon as at least the door color is done....See MoreWhat color grout for my pink, red, white project?
Comments (16)the easiest way , in my opinion, is to upload your pic to a free site like photobucket. Choose medium as the size, if you are offered a choice. Once the photo is there you just click on the html code (you will see the word "copied" flash at you) then come here and Paste (in the right click menu) into your post. I usually start my post and have photobucket open in another window (or tab) so I can go back and forth. I imagine flicker and other photo sharing sites work the same way. Good luck.
