I have a wonderful recipe for banana bread and yet, when I make it, the top sinks. I have published it below...could someone help me figure this out? I'm using fresh baking soda and powder.

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 large eggs, room temp

1 1/2 cups ripe mashed bananas

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp bakin powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sour cream or yogurt

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 °F. grease 9-cup loaf pan. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, and continue beating.

Add vanilla and mashed bananas.

Gradually add sifted dry ingredients, alternately with sour cream. Stir in nuts and oatmeal. Don't overmix. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until loaf tests done.
