Comments (3)Do you prefer the smooth finish or textured? My general thought is if you are planning to be there for awhile do what you like. Any new owner will likely able to tell on aging that you added the outdoor space and it is a nice selling point anyway. The pavers and landscaping will make it feel update so I think for the fire pit/BBQ do what you like....See Moreideas for pergola and fire pit needed
Comments (10)A TV implies some comfortable furniture to watch it from. Is that in the cards? If it is, it takes up some room. An outdoor kitchen can be minimal or elaborate. You need to figure out how much furniture and appliances you'll want to incorporate into your plans and then plan out the whole space as a complete unit. It sounds like patio expansion might be in order so someone planning would need to see the complete surroundings of the area. These things would be laid out in PLAN VIEW, so you'll need to draw a simple base plan as a starting point. Budget controls everything so get an idea up front of how much $ you wish to spend. Comments (2)You have a fairly classic design fire pit. I'm not sure that glass is the right direction for this fire pit. The glass seems to work better with more contemporary design. IMO black river rock might be a good solution. Seems to fit better with your design....See MoreYardvaark
