Wood windows to match current oak or maintenance free vinyl

We need to replace windows in a 1996 home, that we will be selling. All woodwork in the home is oak, custom wide moldings, six panel doors, kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The Living room window is a large picture window with two casements on the side, and a half circle on top...the focal of the room. There is also a 6 foot and a 9 foot patio slider to replace. All windows in the home are Pella Wood, stained the same as all the oak trim/doors. I am looking for advice on whether to put in wood replacements to match the existing, or to install low maintenance Vinyl windows in white (or tan?). We would expect to keep the oak trim around them. Down the road the other windows in the home will need to be replaced, so trying to anticipate which a buyer would prefer.

Thanks In advance for your opinions.
