ID of Hoya # 1 (Carnosa?)
Comments (9)all the carnosas have differences so you cant look at a KP or KQ and compare it to any other type, you also cant compare one KQ or KP or Chelsea or any other one to another one because there are so many variables suck as location and growing conditions (artifficial light to natural light, and so on) one KQ and n\another KQ will look simelar, so that you know right off the bat that they are both KQ's but they can also be very different... it just depends on their environments......See MoreHelp with I.D. of my hoyas - Hoya carnosa variegata?
Comments (3)If you cut the green growth, it does not guarantee that the plant will not continue to put out solid green growth. If you decide to make a new pot with all green growth, it is not likely to revert back to variegated growth, but it could happen. Then you just cut thevariegated growth and put it in the pot with Krimson Princess....See MoreHelp with I.D. of my hoyas (last one!) - Hoya carnosa ?
Comments (1)It is a carnosa and it will do just fine in that West window! The leaves will lighten, but more light does encourage blooming (however, carnosa is one of those that likes to take it's sweet time to bloom...it could take a couple of years)....See MoreHoya Carnosa not growing
Comments (6)I would repot it now, but it's in with my aeschynanthus. Which I plan to repot in the spring and same with many of my other plants, which will all be switching pots! Thus, there are plants that are currently in the pot destined to be his and vice versa. But maybe I'll get impatient and just buy some new ones! Though, I might try and see if I can manage to get it out. I think I have a few spare 3-4" pots. Haha at your last comment ;)...See MoreLaurie (8A)
