Comments (11)Yup..they are my cosmos! :-) I'm thrilled that they are doing well for you. You won't have to do a thing to get them to spread. They are prolific self seeders. I normally get 3 generations of flowers in one season, as the seeds they drop continually germinate all summer for me. Jenna, stand back and get ready for a brilliant orange/yellow show! :-) I continually cut these back all summer long when they get gangly. They immediately set new buds and are in full bloom again in less than a week. I am already harvesting seeds and will have packets again this year for the seed swap if anyone is interested. Comments (5)Lavender flowers, no smell! I have FRAGRANT BOUQUET and no, that's not it... I'm 100% sure I never bought American Dream (and my white border is a little too narrow looking at HL pictures) or Harmonica (and my white border looks more contrasting) but I'm less adamant I never bought SEA DREAM - and it does look like it... Comments (16)Nothing wrong with your preference...And it is a good idea to keep new ones in quarantine to make sue they have no diseases & pests. Also agree with flowers making demands on plants, to some extent. I keep all succulents outdoors as soon as possible, and almost all in full sun. There are many (probably 300 pots), almost all side-by-side on benches, shelves. Maybe beneficials help, but don't remember flower stalks attracting bugs :)...See Morenewhostalady Z6 ON, Canada
