Looks like Stella D'oro. the most over planted daylily. It is a workhorse and provides a bright spot in many places. Homes and commercial locations

I must be a bit North of you....mine are all in bud (lots of buds) but none have

completely popped yet. They were my Grandma's favorite flower...she loved

the bright yellow. Everywhere I go, I have to have a couple of the plants. :)

Nicole, actually it is the San Diego Safari Park dog (Raina, a Rhodesian Ridgeback) & cheetah (Ruuxa). :)

Only one of my daylilies has opened right now. It won't be too long for the others but they are not there yet. This one is what we call ditch lilies. They are tall and hardy and very common around here. I like them a lot.

Here are my ditch lilies. My son named them “freedom flowers” because they bloom when school is ending.

Caflowerluver, I believe they’re frogs. I’ve had them many years and they keep getting rusty, but my husband epoxies and unrusts them and paints them and they get to amuse me again.
