Comments (11)Thank you all for looking and commenting. Several of you commented on Min Octopus. Bless Bill Maryott, it was a bonus from my last order from him. The green and white has really grown on me. Yes, the edges have been white on it, bu the white is more apparent when it is warmer. Nancy, I have loved Black Fathom Depths from the first time I saw it. Julia, Pink Gingham had a multitude of blooms every day. I could have posted a similar photo tio this every day. I do not understand why they quit selling this one. The thrips don't bother it. It usually re-blooms also. It is just a good plant for my garden, and next year could be a down year, but it has never had one here since I got it in 2006. Nancy, I always take a couple shots of the garden and I will change positions a couple of times nad take it again to get my better shot of it. Debra, Purple Tarantula did not bloom last year, but it looks okay this year. As I said, I am really pleased with Increased Complexity. kay...See MoreLate clumps and new blooms
Comments (27)Well, I like Smug just like it is. It is a beauty. I need to be careful looking at your posts, they cost me money:) Your late clumps are lovely, Debra. Kentucky Lucky and Regal Finale especially so. Telequah Flame is gorgeous. Absolute Ripper is a stunner with those teeth. I've already fallen for Rainbow Maker. Beautiful post again, Debra. kay...See MoreSome New Daylilies and Some Clumps for Tuesday
Comments (11)Sour Puss this year has eaten up most of my "film" it's been so pretty, but next to that is Pink Aloha. I adore this flower when she gets it right - and mostly she does. I call her a she because she does go her own way as you described.....Kindred Jewel is my WOW one of this group. I hope this makes it long term for you...........I saw Elizabeth Hewitt in the Blueridge line up and thought how pretty it was. See how colorfast it is if you get a chance.............Isn't it nice when people tell you how much they enjoy your garden. I just have a small display anymore, but people still will stop my DH if he's out in the yard and compliment him on it. He smiles and nods with smug satisfaction. Outside of tote that barge and lift that bale (much appreciated of course), he has zero to do with it. As we say down south "Bless his little heart" lol...............Maryl...See MoreFriday's Finest with FFOs and Clumps
Comments (9)Thank y'all all for looking and commenting. Debra, I was quite surprised when Woman in red started out with five blooms. As it gets hotter my Clown Parade may not be quite as bright as it is right now.. Julia, the photos of Clown Parade on Blueridge with it large bouquet blooms is what made me so intent on having it.. And everyone knows I really like reds and oranges and the really dark ones too. Sherry, Orange is notoriously hard to get good color in photographs which is why Citrix photos bug me so much. kay...See Moremantis__oh
