Can a crack in Corian sink be fixed?
Comments (3)Step 1: Call 8004Corian Step 2: Ask for the local distributors phone number Step 3: Ask the distributor who they recommend for repairs. There are companies that specialize in this and they are better and cheaper than general fabricators because they have specialized tools and knowledge. The distributor should be able to point you in the right direction. It seems weird to fill it with clear caulk, however, I've found that it doesn't turn yellow like white paintable caulk does. https://www.lowes.com/pd/DAP-Alex-Plus-10-1-oz-Clear-Paintable-Latex-Caulk/3025039?cm_mmc=shp--c--prd--pnt--google--lia--221--caulk--3025039-_-0&placeholder=null&gclid=Cj0KCQiAqo3-BRDoARIsAE5vnaIFWKpC5sxTeXS0PQzmTsgqhWFJQwo1GC-21rjDkXB6-iWvPT2g0LUaAuihEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds...See Morecracked corner beams. how can I fix them?
Comments (8)No, I would not rip them off and start again. You can scrape that mud off and put in extra nails, but, 12 inches, is probably fine. Someone just didnt tape and mud them properly. Doesnt hurt to scrape off and sand good, and then retape and mud it and get it done properly....See Moresara cole
