We enjoy it, too. We didn't watch the "best of" (or whatever it was called) that was on recently with Terry Crews as the host, so I have no idea what he'll be like. I like Julianne Hough, and think she will be a good judge. Don't know enough about Gabrielle Union to form an opinion now as to how good/bad I think she'll be. Didn't like Tyra Banks at all, so I'm glad she's gone.

I love it! But DH hates it. Fortunately, we don't have the new season of Handmaid's Tale to watch and I bet he'll be working anyway, so I just might watch it. (without him grousing, that is)

Ive been waiting for the new season for monrhs and now I don't know if I'll get to see it tonight or not. We're going out for dinner and may not be back in time.

I loved Nick Cannon, didn't care for Tyra and have no idea what the new person is like. I am not familiar with the new judges, but i really, really, really liked Heidi and will miss her a lot. I think she leaves some big shoes to fill. Mel didn't do much for me, I found her to be too negative.

Watching it now. I don't watch a lot of TV, but made sure I got the horses fed, and supper over by 7pm. That group from India was awesome!! Brought tears to my eyes.

Made it back in time - currently glued to the tv!

The girl singing about 7th grade....did not like the song. Hope she sings about happier things in the future.

The 7 foot tall red haired guy....loved his voice when he was Tom Jones, then he walked off the stage....and his singing went downhill.

I also do not like the danger acts and don't believe it's a talent to be set on fire....

But.....all the rest....really good!

The autistic blind man brought me to tears and I rewound to show it to my dh and same reaction. Wonderful show.

I missed some of the acts, but the girl singing her own song was incredible. The song, the way she sang it (I don't think I could play to a different rhythm than the singing). It reminded of me of "You Will Be Found" from Dear Evan Hansen in its deep emotion. It will be interesting to see what she does next.

I have never watched 'Star Wars', but I thought Greg Morton was fantastic!

I was prepared to totally dismiss the magician, it seemed he was trying very hard to mimic Chin Lim from last year, with his hand movements, etc. And maybe he was, but it turned out his 'magic' is quite different, and he was very good at it.

Didn't much care for the 15 YO girl's voice, but her song told a very meaningful story.

All the acts last night (well, all but 'Monkey") were very good. Looks like we are in for an amazing season, and I'm really excited about it.

I don't like danger acts like the Human Fuse, either, but apparently there is a place or them in the entertainment world. As others have said above, no talent needed, just guts. Or maybe stupidity.

I'd have a hard time choosing a favorite from last night's line up. I guess it would have to be whichever one was on stage at the moment.

I thought Terry Crews did a much better job last night than he did on the AGT special he hosted. And I really miss Heidi Klum, I liked her a lot! But to be perfectly honest, I am very glad Mel B is gone. Time will tell with the two new judges. Gabrielle (sp?) seems very down to earth and sensible, very likeable. Julienne, I don’t know, probably fine as a judge, but her personality is, I don’t know, just kind of turns me off.

I have it set to record weekly. I like to watch the recordings so I can fast forward through anyone I don't care for!

It seems they don't do as many "bad" acts the last few years as they used to include. Some were funny but most really were just irritating. I prefer if they only show us the real talent out there, not the ones you know have no shot at making it.

I watched part after the storm let me have tv back then dvr the rest while I watched the Rolofs.

Share_oh, I've noticed that, too. I've wondered why they show the 'bad' acts, maybe to add interest? Maybe to help viewers appreciate the 'good' acts more? Just for laughs? Who knows.

I record it every week, even though I watch it. It's recorded just in case something comes up and I miss it, or part of it. (I do that with all of my favorite shows) Also so I can rewatch the acts I really like, if I want to.
