Hi! I'm not sure what the rest of the room looks like, but here are my thoughts: I love the idea of painting this room a light gray with white trim. The vault in turret would look better painted same color as ceiling, I think. Roman shades would look awesome in these windows, inside mount. Personally, I would move the chaise to a different area since it doesn't fit the shape of the turret area. Anything round would fit well in this space, so a round table with two chairs. Or a settee with a curved back. If you walk into this room and the turret area is facing you, you could consider putting your bed here (at an angle coming out at you) so that when you walk in you see this bed in the turret area with the windows behind it as a stunning focal point when you walk in. (Again not sure what rest of room looks like, so this may or may not work) Good luck with the project -- sounds like it'll be a transformation once it's done!

I’m renovating the master bedroom on my new house and can’t decide for the life of me what color to paint the walls. I really like Benjamin Moore paint and would like to find a color that would work for my space from them. I just painted my common area with the Benjamin Moore Silver Satin and it looks amazing but I would like to find a different color for my master bedroom. The house is located in FL so I would like to find a color that keeps a light and coastal feel. I’ve attached pictures of the room, the carpet being installed and the furniture I’ve purchased that will be in the room as well.

The bathroom is spread out so much ... by simplifying that space, you can get the two separate doors you want, enlarge the closet so you have ample space for the make-up area in the closet. Consider: - The tub and shower work well side-by-side because they're the same depth. - The vanity would be about 8' long, so you could arrange it in multiple ways ... I'd put in a narrow linen tower or closet. - The toilet tucks in behind the vanity ... possibly behind a pony wall, which is so much more functional than the toilet being smashed into a closet. - You have a window as a sight line dead-ahead from the door. - With the bathroom more compact, the closet is enlarged, and the bedroom door now has space to "park" against the wall without covering the closet door. - I placed the make-up area straight ahead of the closet door ... presumably you'll have a large mirror here, and it'll make for a bright sight line upon entering the closet. Since this is placed against the bathroom wall, you could have a small sink here without big expense. - This closet is large and wide, and you could arrange the hanging rods /drawers in any number of ways ... and with all this width, you could have a seating ottoman (with storage inside) in the middle of the closet.
