HAVE: Perennials to trade for other perennials

I'm looking for nice sized divisions, rhizomes, or bulbs of things like bearded iris (named would be nice), black elephant ears, oriental lilies, heucheras, tropical hibiscus (don't mind cuttings of those), and other perennials that don't mind dry, part sun areas or dry shade once established.

Also happy to take water/bog plants for a small part shade pond.

And just throwing out there: I've always got room for another rose baby as long as it reblooms reliably.

I have:

Lemonbalm
chocolate mint
red penstemon barbatus
penstemon husker's red
Monarda Beauty of Cobham
Rudbeckia maxima
Rudbeckia triloba
Nepeta August Clouds
Shasta Daisy Alaska
Russian Sage Little Spire
Sedum Dazzleberry
Phlox Bright Eyes
Soapwort Flore Pleno
Monarda fistulosa (descendant of Blaustrumpf)
Salvia glutinosa
red Lychnis chalcedonica
Jack's Giant elephant ear bulbs (plum/peach sized)

Canna musifolia rub
