"they brought the doors that were too big for the opening and they weren't swinging in as required by law." Never heard inswing doors is a law, where do you live? "We had to wait longer for them to come back to flip the doors." Inswing doors and outswings door frames are completely differetn, you do not just "flip" them. I could go on and on, but are they liscensed? Insured? You will have a mess on your hands in no time from water infiltration and quite possible mold or rot. You need to get someone else to look at these sooner rather than later.

Those are the fixtures that will flank the big window on back and go on the side patio area, between the tall window and regular one. (Thanks for the tip on doing mockups. I got the 14 3/4” one from the store but maybe I’ll do mock ups of both so I can attach them to the house). FWIW they are both 9 3/4” deep by 7” wide. I’m also considering putting a smaller version between the two windows on the “breezeway” (that area by the garage). I’d like an extra light there (I’ll have my potting bench there). So I’ll probably go w/ the the smallest one BBW6 (5 1/2” wide by 11 3/4” tall by 8” deep). It’s a narrow area (and about 15” from the garage) between those windows but I’d like something. So my dilemma: what to place over the french doors? I had through downlight but can’t find anything that seems to be the right style and scale. I like the consistency but what size and how high to place it? And what about the front and back of the garage? Any real window and door store can do this for you- it is just a fixed door unit in a jamb. HD and Lowes are not set up for out of the ordinary.

I would keep all the doors that lead to the exterior the same, even if interior doors are white. Decorate where the people live, below the tops of the windows and door frames. Double check your measurements and center any art pieces 5' above the floor. I think art, a bit larger than what you have, would be appropriate flanking the doors. I don't care for the oversized pieces illustrated above, but a paired couple in the same size would look nice. If you're interested in doing a bit more, think about flanking the doors with a pair of matched tables and lamps, as well as art. If you don't object to live plants, a pair of ficus would add some life to the area. Over to your foyer; unless the foyer is octagon shaped, I would not use an octagon shaped rug. I would also paint the wainscot there all white rather than the two-tone you have done. It is too choppy looking, IMO.
