French doors dilemma

We hired a door company about 5 months ago to replace our entrance doors. It has been the worst experience for us. They didn't start work until 4 months past the promised date. We then asked for a refund of the deposit and they begged us to give them one last chance. Biggest mistake! They also wouldn't refund me the money. The day of the installation, they brought the doors that were too big for the opening and they weren't swinging in as required by law. They didn't own up to their mistakes and blamed it on us until we showed them the receipt/contract. They cut our concrete to fit the doors in without asking. We had to wait longer for them to come back to flip the doors. When they finally came back, there was a gap at the door. Light was clearly visible and we could feel air coming in. They noticed that the hinges were not alined, and the doors are warped. They fixed the hinges and tried bending the doors. They are French doors and we were worried about the glass. They did a poor caulking job, left holes in the drywall, damaged my floor, and scratched the framing. There is still some light shining from the top of the doors. Clearly, the doors are still warped. They claim the job is done and asked for the last payment. We have been chasing after them all this time and they were never available and couldn't get back to us. Now, they have been rushing us to pay the remanning balance. There was a lot of finger pointing and disrespect. They are unprofessional. When we tried to address the issues, they told us we are only a small job for them and told us to pay them so we will never hear from them again. They yelled at us and even hung up on us. We are not sure what to do from here. Any advice on dealing with companies like this would be great.
