Agreeable gray or colannade gray

I’ve narrowed it down to two and need to give our painter the color choice tonight. We had a terrible experience with light French gray turning completely baby blue so going for a warmer gray this time. Our trim, kitchen cabinets, stair rail, and fireplace mantel are off white - SW moderate white. Our carpet is beige, bathroom floors and tile is warmer brown/beiges. I just got rid of builder beige that Looked yellowish in some lighting, but have learned that cool grays pickup too much blue in here and I don’t want any blue.

I‘m nervous about our offwhite trim looking yellowish. I’m worried if agreeable gray will look to beige, and worried if colannade gray would pickup green. I have poster size swatches of both on a few different walls but can’t decide for sure... I want modern and light and bright, but also timeless and not boring/too bland. Pic included shows the current light French gray that didn’t work, as well as color of carpet and bathroom floor/counters and trim.
