Kitchen Island Base Molding - Same or different as rest of kitchen???

I’ll Keep it short and sweet: I’m renovating my kitchen (shaker cabinets) and planning to wrap the three sides of the island that do not have a toe kick, with baseboard molding to give it a furniture look. I also plan on doing this on the lower cabinet end panels where they meet the walls.

My dilemma is, do I use the same baseboard molding on these areas of the cabinets as I plan on using throughout the rest of the kitchen on the walls, or do I use a separate style and/or size on the cabinets? My toe kicks are 4.5” high and ceilings are 8’ tall.

If ok to use a separate size base, what would be max acceptable height? All input welcome !
