Smaller diameter Christmas tree skirts
Comments (12)dd50, Yes, a small real tree @ 3' to 3.5'. However the stand is small and a mini tree skirt would work since it lives on a low dresser in front of our window. Everything I've seen so far is minimum 48" which is just too big for that location. And to be honest I haven't seen much of a great selection in that size range this year either. snolady, Thank you. Forgot about Dollar Tree and I have to make a trip to where they are on Monday. Burgundy would be perfect. purplemoon, I'm smack in the middle of an area where I can drive to 2 Lowes, 2 Home Depots, 2 Marshalls (1 is a Marshalls/Home Goods), 2 Kohls, 2 TJ Maxx and 2 AC Moores within 10 minutes. Target is 5 minutes away. So for the life of me I can't understand why the nearest WalMart is over 10 miles away, and in a very inconvenient location too boot. I feel bad complaining about it since I know many here live in more rural areas where a trip to the store requires more travel than that. But I rarely go there because I can't justify any cost savings when I look at the extra fuel it takes to get there....See Morefrom crib to kids daybed/setee
Comments (6)Well as long as it's in the kiddo room it should work :) I do know though that when we take the front off of our guy's crib it's a bit wobbly...so if it were me, I'd reinforce the thing with a little wood from down below (picture the kids bouncing on it...as they will) My little guy just discovered bouncing on the bed...and he's tiny, but he can bounce those silly clips right off of his crib base. And you can steal your own post LOL I think that's allowed. Sadly we're not in baby mode anymore :( Our little one didn't make it through the surgery (not good for developing fetus). But we'll get back on the band wagon soon and I'll be back into baby talk again :o)...See MoreLandscaper 3/4 skirted this red maple 6 years ago. Graft?
Comments (7)they are amazingly tough trees where hardy this looks very similar to the damage a stupid local kid did cutting my grass the tree is absolutely fine now, 6 years or so later you really have to look to see the spot where the trunk healed over so, yes, no need to graft a fix to it they are probably one of the top moved trees by northeastern landscapers, I've heard of a couple cases of people moving them when they move house...so they are probably fairly transplant tolerant if done correctly. Expensive though, I think the couple I know on Long Island said it was over $3000 to move one from their old house to their new house. It was bigger and fuller than this....See MoreNeed inexpensive flat sheets - not sheet sets
Comments (25)Olychick, thanks for that video. I’ll send it along to DSS. Wonder why she didn’t secure the corner ties? I’ve always done something similar without the rolling. I lay out the cover, lay the comforter on top, tie the corner ties, grasp it by the upper corners, and flip the cover outside in. Fun2BHere, I don’t know if those dorm rooms are typical through out the country, but they are pretty typical in the SEC. Now, my really big problem is when I ordered the duvet, I had it sent directly to DSS, but I used the wrong house number! The Company Store isn’t open today for phone calls. I’ve sent an email and I’ve sent a Twitter DM. If I can’t get it resolved through them, I guess I’ll need to get in touch with UPS and have it re-routed. I’m so mad at myself!...See Morejustcallmepool
