Bonus today: not only great pictures - but imagined noises, too ... quite a few by Canada geese. Question: are other Canadians, in general, that noisy? (Not to mention, frequently crapping on your lawn?!) Canada geese tend to gather at water courses, frequently at ones that run through inhabited areas, often with parks nearby. (Unfortunately, say quite a few) (???) Canada geese are not so scarce as to be labelled, an endangered species. As Dad, an old farmer, used to comment, as did a number of his friends, when faced with a possibly somewhat questionable claim or story, "No shot?!". That dang altering robot's at it again - I swear that I wrote a four- letter word used by farmers (and others) for "manure"! Should I let this story season a bit while I go hang some clothes on the line before I post it? ole joyful

Some answers to some questions regarding my post of the old house next door. The two people who lived there were a brother and sister in their mid/late 90's. Neither ever married. They were forcibly removed from the house in 2007 due to being unable to care for themselves. A nephew removed anything of value and the house sat empty till 2018 when it was bought at a sheriffs sale. The new owner did little till a few months ago. Now there is sporadic activity there, hopefully in the right direction. It was a grand house in it's day.

Several areas in Southwestern Ontario were able to see the Northern Lights the past couple of nights. I wasn't, but I did get this pretty sunset last night.
