I have a large and tall wall. Any ideas??

No idea how to decorate this wall. The ladder to the left goes up to a "loft" area. We have a couch on the opposite wall looking at the TV. Large picture window to the right (which you can't see) . Ignore the trim next to the stairs that has now been installed in the loft :)

I’d probably get matching chests on both sides of th fireplace with tall mirrors above each one,

Good blank canvas to have some fun along with form and function. Seems like you have lots of books. Consider incorporating bookcases on that fireplace wall. Here is a quick sketch to give you some kind of idea. The trick is to follow some of the pre existing horizontal elements on that elevation. Start with a simple mantle going from the top edge of the fireplace and wall to wall. Below that line incorporate bookcases. Paint behind the bookcases a good color. Above the mantle install bronze mirrors or paint a good color or a wall finish and use the ledge on the left and right of the tv for art or vases or special accessories. Don't overload that ledge. It's important to finish the top horizontal element and line up with the break in the wall. Not sure of your style but here's some inspiration pics.

There maybe hidden bolts that you are not seeing. If there is a drawer on the base look under the drawer to the up to the deck(hutch) & see if you see any bolts that need to be removed to separate the deck & base.

I think continuing with the gallery wall would be fantastic, but the pieces look a little wobbly at the moment. I think the problem might be that they are not straight. It might also be that you are trying to put vertical and horizontal pieces together in the same size frame as the horizontal pieces. I think you need some larger pieces in the mix. I use glue dots on the corners to keep the frames straight. The smaller the frame, the more noticeable it will be if they are not straight. If you keep what you currently have, I would rearrange so that the vertical pieces are not all in the same row. @idaclaire has a fabulous gallery wall in her bathroom!

Need ideas for large, tall rectangular planters for deck screen.

I have been looking for large rectangular planters for some time now. Roughly 36 - 48" wide, 28 - 32 high and approx 10" deep. I'd love to know ideas for modern-looking options that are easily moveable (casters preferable). The planter I've found recently has the right dimensions but it doesn't have an interior tray and I'd love to know of any ideas on how to fashion an interior tray in a tall planter as well. Thanks for any help!!!

If you enclose the plant shelf over the entry, that might be a good place to store seasonal decorations I don't think the church pew meets the needs of the entry so I am suggesting a cabinet for storage, a Mirror, and hat racks in place of the hooks and shelf. IMO the chandelier is way too small for the area and should probably be swagged to a better location.to the right of the front door.
