Freezing jelly roll?

I am tasked with making mini jelly rolls for a ladies tea. I need to make a lot so would like to do them ahead and freeze them. They will be filled with a seedless raspberry jam. So I am wondering if I should roll them in parchment and freeze unfilled, then thaw and fill before cutting. Or will the filled jelly rolls freeze and thaw well? I am concerned that freezing before filling will cause them to break when unrolled for filling and if frozen with the jam that it would bleed into the sponge. Any advice?
