Took a clipping and rooted it, planted at home in a pot... pictured below.. under side is purple.. not sure if they actually get so leggy or if the one at work doesn’t get enough light? Thinking it’s moses in the cradle?

I would say a Tradescantia but not 100% that it is T. s. Definitely leggy but you could take cuttings from yours to get a fuller plant and new starts.

You can always trim them back if they get leggy and /or root more pieces in the same pot. The leaves of the bottom seem more green and full than those at the top. Are they all the same type of plant? I wonder if you don't have two plant types or different varieties at least of tradescantia. Are they both purple on the underside.
