About me: I garden on a bit over an acre outside Ottawa. (USDA 4) I love growing flowers and flowering shrubs and trees, especially from seed. Daylilies have become a new interest, especially purple/ mauve/ lavender. Unfortuately I’ve accumulated many labeled such that turned out dark red or peach. Oh well, the search continues.
Recently I’ve become interested in native plants and trees and gardening to attract butterflies and birds.

My zone is: USDA4 Ottawa
