Moldy crawlspace New home

Hi!

I know that mold happens during the construction process. However, we have a drainage issue that will be a long-term issue if not resolved. Basically there is a very gradual hill behind our home, we’ve done some preliminary dirt work but still have work to do. We just aren't sure where in the timeline would be the best time is to take the necessary steps during construction. Right now the plumbers are finishing up their rough-in & the HVAC should start tomorrow.

Should we be running fans/fogger/dehumidifier now? We plan to have the space encapsulated but it won’t happen until this summer. We want to get rid of the mold first as well. Sure we could (&probably will) hire a professional but I would like to know if there’s anything we could be doing now ourselves to help contain/minimize the situation? Any thoughts on the best way to divert water away from the foundation? Curtain drain?

Here are a few photos of the standing water around the foundation that we’ve got to find a solution for too. Granted the area hasn’t been backfilled yet & is still dug out from when set the block but this is the amount of water we are dealing with.
