Do you all like your kitchen's built-in soap dispenser?

Soon I’ll have to decide how many holes to have drilled into our granite countertop. We've ordered a 29” Kohler undermount stainless single bowl sink. https://www.us.kohler.com/us/s?Ntt=29”+SS+undermount

Our faucet will be a single hole, and our city code requires an air gap for the dishwasher. We are going to use a wall switch for the garbage disposal.

Currently we have a hand soap dispenser and one for dish soap that are no-touch/motion-activated from The Container Store. I love them, though they are perhaps not aesthetically the best. https://www.containerstore.com/s/kitchen/sink-under-sink/sink/simplehuman-8-oz.-touch-free-automatic-compact-soap-pump/123d?productId=11000404

Do you think I’ll regret not having a hole drilled for a built-in dispenser? Having three holes may be more balanced? Should I decide to go that route, do you have models to recommend that have a fill container that drops in from the top vs needing to go under the sink?
