Master Bedroom Accent Wall
Comments (4)3 and 4 are nice. But,,, If you pick a different wood, one that isn't quite so 'country rustic', you can get away w/a lot more design options. you know you can use any type of TG wood flooring, right? I used a really nice french oak engineered flooring on my ceiling in my bathroom. And look on craigslist for people selling their leftovers. you can find great deals. I found 200sq ft for mine at less than half of what it would have cost me. if you do something a little more refined looking, you could do a nice velvet tufted headboard and still have it look nice. for instance, that french oak that i did would look great w/this black velvet. you could also do walnut flooring for the wall, or something like this, if you do like the pallet wood or rustic reclaimed stuff, then maybe soften it a bit by doing this: i think these are porcelain tiles, below reclaimed oak in a herringbone. you could also just do this in a solid color, one stain. these are just some other options so you won't have a wall that looks like straight pallet wood. that is trendy. look for the closeouts on some nicer wood...See MoreAccent Wall - SW Let it Rain / Dustblu

Comments (5)White walls would make that wall (headboard wall?) a standout (but perhaps too much so?), a lighter green or blue from the paper would make it cozy. What's the bedding? Did you have inspiration pics to prompt this paper? Have you tried using an app like Color Snap to get the paint colours that match? Comments (15)I would focus on 3 colors predominantly- black for furniture and curtains (existing unless you’re looking to change window treatments too), warm gray for carpet, paint and background colors and gold for accents. I would pull the carpet color from the color of the leaves on the wall paper to tie it together. Same for paint. I’d take one of the colors you like from the paper and match it to paint. I would recommend pottery barn furniture in black - it will look much better than the mid tone gold wood pieces the previous owner had....See Morekalyto
