Supplements for achy joints and muscles

Many mornings I wake up feeling all stiff and achy. I try to keep limber with stretches and staying active, but I feel like I need something more. Others have mentioned turmeric, and glucosamine & chondroitIn . I have a friend who takes Apple cider vinegar and another who uses pectin. I have a feeling that some of these just give you expensIve pee. Can anyone vouch for the efficacy of any of these or recommend something that has worked for you?


I am feeling especially creaky today.
