So, I’m aware that corner fireplaces are not optimal, and I’ve tried numerous furniture orientations since we’ve lived in our house. Our TV is currently above our fireplace, which we don’t mind, as we tend to lounge if actually watching TV, so it doesn’t bother our necks. However, if it works better for the layout of the room, I’m open to moving the tv to the wall next to the fireplace. I like our current layout, but I just moved our sectional to make this work, and don’t love the look of it if we aren’t actually using the “sectional” feature, so I’m open to selling it and buying new furniture. I’d like any ideas on other furniture placement, to allow more than 5 seats, or also advice on what pieces of furniture would look better together in the current placement.
