You have a bit too much furniture for the space and it's a little large, but I think you can make this work. You have the TV on the right wall in your first photo. Try this: Either get rid of the ottoman, or use it as your coffee table and get rid of the wood coffee table. Pull the sofa 3' off the wall so there is room to walk behind it from the door. Move the TV to the right a bit so it doesn't cover the window (and set it on a proper media cabinet). Then get a rug to define the space.

You didn't ask, but I would also replace the mirror over the mantel with art and hang big art on the wall behind the sofa.

With art and a Persian rug:

There isnt really enough room to move the sofa away from the wall like that. And the tv to the right hides behind the other chairs too much.

In case you haven't tried it, I'd consider the very first photo you posted, but with the TV and sofa swapped. In my experience, corner fireplaces are a bit of a curse and it's almost best to ignore them when space planning.

The end table next to the sofa isn't necessary. I'd eliminate it so you can move the sofa farther from the fireplace.

If you absolutely must keep the ottomans, maybe try removing the coffee table and scooting the ottomans together, top with a draped, folded throw and your hexagonal tray.

Is that a door to the backyard and not the front door? If so, then the arrangement that looks the best is this one:

In the above arrangement, try moving the chairs a bit further from the fireplace. Then get a small end table to serve each chair, and maybe a slightly larger one for the end of the couch next to the wall.

The door is to the backyard yes. I am definitely debating between the last two. The sofa facing the tv is comfortable for viewing but the fireplace looks best with the two chairs framing and everything fits. May move the sofa table behind the couch when we get an actual tv stand. You guys have been a great help. Side note how close can things go to the fireplace. Example can there be drapes on those windows or would that be too close?

I don't think I would put curtains on those windows. They will be squished between window and fireplace. Roman shades would look nice.

I almost forgot. I would ditch the coffee table and use C-tables instead. It will make the room feel more spacious.
