I think your idea that a dog even with all of its care needs would be preferred by a parent to a drum kit as a gift for a child is a good interpretation. It's a little funnier because it's so clearly a drum kit.

The coach is considered elderly & Travis's behavior, he pushed him & he almost fell over...to be intolerable. Soooooooooooo.....that Photoshoped photo is making fun of Travis Kelce's behavior towards his coach.
