Writing on left, empty spaces more writing, more empty spacing, more writing, more empty spacing, across the page, almost like columns but not that precise. This makes the email disjointed and hard to read, and I have not been making her aware of this, thinking maybe it is something she does and hasn't realized it. It's a line wrapping problem, also called word wrapping. She's probably pressing enter at the end of lines, or sending from a cell phone that makes hard returns. It hits your system with a longer or shorter line length and the line wraps go all wonky. Also a problem with cutting and pasting things through a series of various systems and software. They progressively get worse and worse. ============= Search Google for word wrapping problem and the name of you e-mail prpogram. Usually there is a setting that will automatically try to fix the problem.

I'm a huge Tobacco Road fan and I used it in my kitchen/hearth room. In the other areas, living room, dining room, entry I used a color that is one down from it on the color strip called Plantation Beige. It's a little crisper and brighter and good in areas that don't receive as much natural light. Not sure if it's what you're looking for or not, so here's a pic of my entry in Plantation Beige for reference. It's a Duron color too but I'm sure SW can mix it. For comparison, Tobacco Road is the color painted across the top of this paint brocure and Plantation Beige is the color on the bottom right. Good luck in your choices!

Can you post a picture of the damage?

The bright red bloom you show is as I remember Olympiad (and I always liked that rose). Not a HUGE bloom, but very shapely. Its hybridizer regarded it as having no fragrance, and was surprised when I said that, for me, it had a light, sweet fragrance. The rose you saw which was dark red and had a good vase life could have been any of a number of dark reds, from Mister Lincoln to Oklahoma and on and on. But it was not likely Olympiad.
