Recommendations for reliable convection gas range?

I came here for advice/recommendations on washer/dryer over a year ago and was very happy with the results, so I figured I'd return now that I'm buying a new gas range. I've been shopping at the big box stores and looking online and feeling hesitant.

I'm a regular user of my current featureless gas range. I cook several times a week and bake every few weeks. My oven is very dirty because it lacks a self-clean cycle and I have not wanted to use chemicals.

What I want to avoid with the new gas range:

  • The new "aqua clean" cycle. I don't believe it will be effective for my needs. I get tons of splatters on the front/glass and it likely won't clean that area well.
  • Repair issues in 5 years
  • Cosmetic issues such as rust to the stainless steel
  • Food buildup in seams (you should see my current range--it's white and shows everything, and has seams everywhere; if I could get an oven without any seams, I'd get it).

What I need in my new range:

  • Reliable, made to last. No repairs for years.
  • If repairs are needed, the company is great about customer service and always has parts on hand
  • Preferably, 5+ year warranty
  • True self-clean cycle (500+ degrees F for 2+ hours)
  • True convection (third heating element)
  • Aesthetically pleasing, stainless steel & black
  • Dishwasher-safe grates
  • Designed for easy cleanup

My budget is $1,500 and lower.

Any recommendations and advice much appreciated.
