Yellow leaves on a miniature rose bush
Comments (1)Depends on where you have your rose. Are you keeping it inside? Roses do not like to be inside unless you have very sophisticated lighting and moisture control. Now if you do have your rose outside and the leaves are turning yellow it could be just normal depending on how many leaves are yellow. roses shed older leaves all the time which is normal or it could just be the climate change. Most roses people ask about are "store bought" roses and they are grown in greenhouses and then sold to stores where they are kept inside. This requires them to be "hardened off" which means to put them outside in semi shade for a few hours everyday for a week or so and then they can be left outside. These "Store Bought" mini roses are hard to kill if treated properly and planted outside in the ground or even in a big pot (12" or larger). Good luck and Happy Gardening! Keep them in sunlight like Seil advised. =) Your rose is perfectly fine don't worry, powdery mildew is very common problem with Roses during climate changes....See MoreWhite Spots on Miniature Rose Leaves
Comments (2)Looks like spider mites. Check under the leaves for webbing and mites moving around. Use a systemic granular miticide applied to the soil surface. The usual water wash under-foliage treatment for big rose mite infestations is almost impossible to do to mini roses. Moses...See More- 5 years agolast modified: 5 years ago
