Comments (3)Oh yes, perfectly normal...In fact, if it was in it's place where you bought that tree or still being raised by the place they bought if from, it would be putting out lot's of fruit! Someone at one time fed that tree real well at one time and provided lots of sunlight, and now it's up to you to follow in their footsteps... I would be just happy to get that many flowers but you probably want lots of fruit. I am not sure if it is a self pollinator but someone will tell us. Many potted citrus are including the Meyer. It is also natural for trees to shed most fruit if held captive indoors, and for lack of the better word,less than ideal conditions...It looks very healthy though. Beautiful! Comments (8)whether its worth saving or not.. let me suggest.. its location near the front door says its time to go ... same with the dead looking plant to the left of it .. in fact ... it looks like the whole planting is original to the house ... and it might be time to try a new look if you have the inclination and budget ... if not.. just get rid of the two ugly one.. and try to grow the grass a bit better .. it looks like it isnt prospering ... suggesting to me.. watering might be an issue ... if it went into winter stressed... then a bad winter didnt help ... and once weak.. what ever attacked it ... really isnt the underlying problem ... ken...See MoreHelp with plum sapling, do I prune or something else, IDK PLZ help!!!
Comments (6)The word comes from the Latin for sleep. That's basically what deciduous trees do in Winter. Leaves fall so they're not pushing water around the tree, sap just ticks around slowly. A bit like hibernation. That's what your plum should be doing now....See MoreUser
